Service Description

TradeHive is a cryptocurrency trading signals and automation platform. We analyze market data using technical indicators and provide trading signals. In Live Mode, we can execute trades on your behalf through connected exchange APIs.

Acceptance of Terms

• •By creating an account or using TradeHive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
• •You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• •You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TradeHive complies with laws applicable to you
• •We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes

User Accounts

• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• •One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in suspension
• •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

API Keys & Exchange Connection

• •When connecting exchange APIs, you grant TradeHive permission to execute trades on your behalf
• •You are responsible for setting appropriate API permissions (trading only, no withdrawal)
• •We store API keys encrypted but you acknowledge the inherent risks of connecting APIs
• •You can disconnect your API at any time from the settings page
• •We are not responsible for trades executed after you've disconnected your API

Subscription & Payments

• •Some features require a paid subscription (PRO or ELITE tier)
• •Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your choice
• •Payments are processed through our payment provider (Whop/Stripe)
• •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Prohibited Activities

• •Using the service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• •Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• •Sharing your account credentials or API access with others
• •Using automated tools to scrape or access the service outside of intended use
• •Market manipulation or any form of trading fraud
• •Harassing other users or TradeHive staff

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TradeHive, including but not limited to trading algorithms, user interface, graphics, and documentation, are owned by TradeHive and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

• •We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• •We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• •We are not liable for losses due to service downtime or technical issues
• •Exchange API issues are outside our control and may affect trade execution

Cancellation & Termination

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• •Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
• •We may terminate accounts for Terms of Service violations
• •Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
• •You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
